Recording TDM
The Apresa is a versatile call recorder that is able to record a large number of TDM telephone calls simultaneously, up to 24 channels per inserted PCI-e card. It stores the recordings on its own hard disk(s).
Recording from Handsets
The V-Tap Analog can record from one digital phone if connected to the cord-connected handset of the phone. It stores the recordings on an SD card. Store them on your PC using the free V-Archive software.
The Call Recorder Pico is a system to record and archive telephone calls on a PC. It consists of a PC application and one or more Call Recorders Pico connecting the telephones to your PC. The Call Recorder Pico can record from one digital phone if connected to the cord-connected handset of the phone. The Pico will send the analog data directly to the PC it is connected to by USB. The PC running the CR Pico software must be turned on during recording, because the Call Recorder Pico doesn’t have internal storage like the V-Tap.
