Apresa records calls from the NEC Univerge SV9500 using the SIPREC protocol. All data is received directly from the NEC SV9500. The SIPREC data includes the audio stream and the metadata (phone numbers, call direction, etc.) of the call.
A port-mirroring (SPAN) recording solution is also available for NEC Univerge telephony systems.
