Apresa communicates with the AudioCodes Mediant using the SIPREC protocol to record telephone calls. AudioCodes Mediant is a Media Gateway and Session Border Controller (SBC). When the SIPREC connection to the Mediant is established, Apresa records calls from any PBX and phones connected to the Mediant.
